Hi, I’m Whitney — the baker behind Southern Bread Company.
I’m also a busy mom of 4, which is exactly why I understand what it feels like to want to bake beautiful things… but need it to actually fit into real life.
Over the past year, I’ve baked 1,500+ loaves of bread and taught nearly 300 home bakers here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast how to confidently bake from scratch.
My goal is simple:
To make baking feel calm, approachable, and doable—even if you’ve never made bread before.

All you need to bring is a mixing bowl and an apron—everything else is provided for you.
From ingredients to tools, I’ve got you covered, so you can focus on learning.
